Refund Policy for High-Grade, LLC

At High-Grade, LLC, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Sale items or discounted items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact our customer service team at info@highgradejaleaf.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

3. Return Process:

• The return/ refund request will be reviewed for approval, we do not provide shipping labels for domestic or international orders.

• Pack the items securely in their original packaging included with the order.

• Affix the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest postal service location.

4. Refund or Exchange:

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

• We cannot accept returns on opened or used.

• Returns of High-Grade, LLC products with broken seals or tampered packaging will not be accepted.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
