Refund Policy for High-Grade, LLC
At High-Grade, LLC, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items or discounted items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at info@highgradejaleaf.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
3. Return Process:
The return/ refund request will be reviewed for approval, we do not provide shipping labels for domestic or international orders.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging included with the order.
Affix the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest postal service location.
4. Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on opened or used.
Returns of High-Grade, LLC products with broken seals or tampered packaging will not be accepted.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Please note that High-Grade, LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. We appreciate your understanding.
